Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how you may use MTGEDH and what conduct is not allowed. This policy exists to protect the reliability and security of the Service for all users.

1) Use the Service responsibly

You agree to use MTGEDH in a way that is lawful, respectful, and does not interfere with the Service’s operation.

2) Prohibited activities

You may not (and may not attempt to):

A. Abuse, disruption, and security violations

  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
  • attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization
  • introduce malware or harmful code

B. Automated access and scraping

  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download content or data in a way that degrades the Service
  • use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our permission
  • attempt to reverse engineer tool outputs at scale (including building datasets from bulk queries)

We may implement technical controls such as rate limits, IP throttling, or blocks to protect performance and prevent abuse.

C. Misuse of accounts and features

  • access another user’s account or private content without permission
  • share or publish content you do not have the right to share
  • use the Service to impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

D. Illegal or harmful content and conduct

  • use the Service for unlawful activity
  • harass, threaten, or abuse others (including via any community features, if enabled)
  • upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights

3) Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this policy or our Terms of Service, we may take actions such as:

  • limiting access to certain features
  • temporarily suspending access
  • removing or restricting content
  • terminating accounts for severe or repeated violations

We may take action without notice when necessary to protect the Service, users, or security.
